aforesaid. It is the purpose of this deed to dispose of 8
feet of the additional 8.8 feet and in the event of discrep-
ancies concerning the distances stated herein, the distances
as measured from the SW corner of said Lot 21 shall control.
SUBJECT to taxes for the current year, easements, conditions,
restrictions and reservations of record and rezoning.
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage in favor of First Federal
Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce, recorded in the
public records of St.Lucie County, Florida, which the Grantee
agrees to assume and pay.
SUBJECT to a purchase money second mortgage in favor of Scott
M. Kenney recorded in the Public Records of St.Lucie County,
Florida.
