BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
IRENE SMITH QUACKENBUSH, who being first duly sworn, on her oath
deposes and says as follows: I, IRENE SMITH QUACKENBUSH, of 206
Fernandina Street, Fort Pierce South Beach, Florida, do hereby wish
to make, constitute and appoint DORIS QUACKENBUSH CARD, my daughter
and her husband HOWARD L. CARD, of 22 Oak Street, Riverdale, New
Jersey, my true and lawful attorneys-in-fact for me and in my i
name, place and stead, and give the said DORIS QUACKENBUSH CARD
and HOWARD L. CARD full power to do and perform all and every
act that I may legally do through an attorney-in-fact and-every
proper power necessary to carry out the purpose for which this
power is granted, with full power of substitutuion and revoca-
tion, hereby ratifying and affirming that which DORIS QUACKENBUSH
CARD and HOWARD L. CARD or their substitute, shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by theirself or their substitute lawfully
designated by virtue of the power herein conferred upon them.
THAT SPECIFICALLY I hereby appoint them to do any and all
act$ necessary to effect a closing and sale of the property
described as follows:
Lot 9 and the West 40 feet of Lot I0, in Block 10, of
FORT PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to a revised
plat thereof recorded in Plat book 8, at Page 29,'of
the public records of St.-Lucie County, Florida.
located in the State of Florida, County of St. Lucie, and to
sign all documents, enter into all contracts for himself and
on my behalf.
