AGREEliENT between IRENE SMITH QUACRENBUSH of 206 Fernandina
Street, Fort Pierce South Beach, Florida, hereinafter called
the mother and DORIS QUACRENBUSH CARD and her husband HOWARD L.
CARD of 22 Oak Street, Riverdale, New Jersey, hereinafter called
the children, the parties agree as follows:
WHEREAS, the mother intends to move to the other coast of
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the mother's will bequeaths the hou~e to her daughter
DORIS QUACRENBUSH CARD; and
WHEREAS, the mother's only other child was provided-for by
other arrangements; and
WHEREAS, the mother wishes to grant a specific power of
attorney to convey her real estate to the children; and
WHEREAS, the mother wishes to give the daughter DORIS -
QUACKENBUSH CARD the balance of the net proceeds of the house
less $5,000.00 which she shall receive;
In consideration of the premises, and the mutual promises
and undertakings herein contained, and of other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
parties agreed as follows:
1. That the mother will execute a specific power of attorney
j to the children to convey the real property known as:
Lot 9 and the West 40 feet of Lot 10, in Block 10, of FORT
PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to a revised plat thereof
E recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 29, of the public records of
E St. Lucie County, Florida.
simulataneously with this agreement.
2. That the children will handle all matters in the con-
veyance of said real estate, with the mother receiving Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from the sale with DORIS QUACKENBUSH
CARD receiving the balance as a gift from the mother.
