AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE j

BEFORE me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized
by law to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally
appeared this day, JOSEPH M. FITZGERALD, who, after being duly
sworn, on oath, deposes and says:
That he is a practicing attorney in Dade County, Florida,
having offices located at 700 Brickell Avenue, Miami.
That he has known THELMA R. SHEPPARD for at least
twenty five years. That she and her husband, Dr. Ben J. Sheppard,
were personal friends of the Affiant who has represented them in
numerous legal matters over the years.
That Ben J. Sheppard died on-March 11, 1980, in Coral
Gables, Florida, leaving surviving him his widow, THELMA R.
SHEPPARD. That Ben J. Sheppard and THELMA R. SHEPPARD were mar-
ried on the 10th day of April, 1937; that they lived together as
husband and wife continuously from the date of their marriage
until March 11, 1980, on which day Dr. Ben Sheppard died. That
your Affiant saw Ben J. Sheppard and his wife, Thelma R. Sheppard,
frequently, since they were close personal friends and knows
these facts to be true.
