CASE N0. 80-343-FR IN RE: The Marriage Of BERNETTE SNEAD, Wife, and - HENRY SNEAD, Husband, ' / FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTIO~OF MARRIAGE - THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 9th day of June, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage -is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows: t 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between BERNETTE SNEAD, Wife, and HENRY SNEAD, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor female child, VALESIA SNEAD, d.o.b. 2/13/74, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable t visitation rights granted to the Husband. 3, MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT.
