WARRANTY DEED
B.M. KING and HELEN C. KING, his wife, the Grantors, in consi-
deration of the sum of $10.00 and other -good and valuable considerations re-
ceived from JOSEPH A. BARON and JO-ANN BARON, his wife, the Grantees,
whose mailing address is 120 Parker Road, Framingham, Massachusetts 01701,
hereby on this ~ day of March, 1980, convey to the Grantees the real pro-
~ perty located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Unit Weeks 5, 6, . 7 and 8 in Condominium C-16,
