KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by William H. Richardsand Shirley
Richards, his s.-~.fe dated December 23rd, 19 71 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in p• R, Book 198 on page
852 , sectsrinct the payment of the sum of Eleven ltiousand, Four Hundred and no/100---------__

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, Both hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim al! right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
