MORTGAGE RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owner
of a certain Real Estate Mortgage, wherein Claude Matz and Ruth
- Shafer Matz are mortgagors, and ALLSTATE
ENTERPRISES MORTGAGE CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, is mort-
gagee, and given upon the following described real property, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 205 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT
CONDOMINIUM ONE, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, Page 65,
et seq., and as amended in Official Records Book 253, Page 365,
et seq., all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and recorded in Officia! Records Book 265 of Mortgages, on Page
2778, Document No.361651 , in the Office of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 30th day of March , 19 77,
as assigned in Official Records Book 2 6 6 , Page 16 3 3 , to the -
Finnisterre Corp., a Texas corporation, and as further assigned in Official
Records Book 266 , Page 1634, to Alison Mortgage Investment
Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty Investors, a California business
trust, succeeded in interest by FIRST NEWPORT CORPORATION, a Mary-
land corporation, by reason of merger on October 31, 1979, all of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby acknowledge full payment
of the debt secured thereby and does release and discharge same of record.
