THIS CAUSE having come to be heard upon Defendant's Motion
for Independent Medical Examination, Defendant's Motion for Change
of Venue, and upon Plaintiff's ore tenus Motion for entry and in-
i
spection and Defendant having withdrawn its Motion for Dismissal ~ '
and Motion for More Definite Statement, and the Court-having heard
argument of counsel for the respective parties and being further
advised in the premises, it is hereby
i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendant's Motion for Independent Medical Examination
is granted and Dr. Fraraccio of Stuart, Florida, is designated to
perform an IME of the Plaintiff who shall submit to an appointment
for such examination upon reasonable notice.
2. Defendant's M.+otion for Change of Venue is granted and
this .cause together with all pleadings shall be transferred to the I
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, In and For Martin
County, Florida. ~
3. Plaintiff's ore tenus Motion for Entry and Inspection I
is granted and Defendant shall allow Plaintiff to photograph and }
I
inspECt the site of Plaintiff's alleged fall at the Resource
Building of the Florida Power and L-fight Company Indian Town Facility
at a reasanable day and hour after reasonable notice. '
4. Defendant is allowed fifteen (15) days from the date
hereof to respond to Plaintiff's complaint.
