TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COMB OR MAY CONCERN, GREETING:
RNOF1 YE, that we , f'RED C. THOMAS, individually, and
NORMA THOMAS, his wife, , for and in consideration of
the sum of THIRTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN,~~,q ~jtAn-----------------
( 513,711.72-------) DOLLARS, lawful money of the United States of America,
to us in hand paid by GERALDINE BLOUNT, TERRY LYNN BLOUNT and
FLORIDA FARM BUREAU INSURANCE COMPANY,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and
forever discharged, and by these presents .do for ~1~Sand our heirs,
executors and administrators, remise, release and forever discharge the said
GERALDINE BLOUNT, TERRY LYNN BLOUNT and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU INSURANCE
COMPANY , their heirs,
executors and administrators, of and from all and all manner of action and
actions, cause and causes of action, suits, debts,-dues, sums of money,
accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts,
controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages,
judgments, extents, executions, claims and demands, whatsoever, in law or
in equity, which against whom we ever had, now have or which
we or our, heirs, executors or administrators, hereafter can,, shall
or may have, for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever,
from the beginning~of the world to the day of the date of these presents.
It is understood that this settlement includes any outstanding subrogated
interests, or liens, if there are-any, and it is understood that in the
event there are such outstanding liens or subrogated interests that you will
satisfy same out of the proceeds of this settlement and will indemnify and
save harmless the defendants and their insurance carrier relative to same,
uy reason of that certain automobile accident that occurred on or about
July 30, 1976 at the intersection of SR #605 and SR AlA, Saint Lucie
County, Florida .
