The Court has examined the record and based thereon, makes
the following findings:
1. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the
subject matter of this action.

2. One of the parties, Petitioner, has been a resident of_
this state for ninety (90) days preceding the commencement of
this proceeding.
3. The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broker.
4. The Separation Agreement between the parties, a copy of
which is .attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein as
if set forth verbatim, has been considered by the Court and is
not unconscionable as to support, maintenance and property.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDrED, A1VD DECREED that a Decree
of Dissolution be entered and the marriage between the parties
hereto is hereby dissolved.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall perform the
respective provisions of the Separation Agreement, attached here- i
to as Exhibit A and incorporated herein as~if set .forth verbatiT, a~
applied to each of them.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Court retain such jurisdiction ~
of this action as is provided by law.
