SEPARATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of
January, 1977, by and between JEFFREY WILLIAM HALFORD, herein-
after referred to as the "husband", and NOREEN ELIZABETH HALFORD,
hereinafter referred to as the "wife," is upon the following
terms and conditions: - ;
W I T N E S S E T H,
WHEREAS, the parties were married at Mazatlan, tiiexico on
~iay 17, 1972, and there has been issue of their marriage, to-wit.:
Kirsten Elizabeth Halford, born May 2, 1973, hereinafter referred
to as "Kirsten;" and
WHEREAS, in consequence of disputes and unhappy differences
the parties separated in September, 1975, and are now and for s~::,e

time past have been living apart from each other, their marriare
having been irretrievably broken, .and since their separation 'r:ave
agreed to live separately and apart during the rest of their
lives; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to confirm their separation and
make arrangements in connection therewith, including the settle-
ment of their property rights, the custody, support and education
of their child, the support and maintenance of the wife, and ot;:•~r
rights and obligations growing out of the marriage relation;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually covenanted and agreed by and
between the parties hereto as follows:
1. Consideration. The consideration for this agree;,~en~ is
the mutual promises and agreements herein contained.
2. Separation. It shall be lawfcl for each party at all
tines hereafter to live separate and apart from the other party
at such place or places as he or•she may from time to time choose
or deem fit.
