ference, authority, and control, direct or indirect, by the
other, as fully as if he or she were single and unmarried. Neither
shall molest the other and compel or endeavor to compel the other
to cohabit or dwell with him or her.
4. S:utual Release. Subject to the provisions of ,this
agreement, each party has released and discharged and by this
agreement does for himself or Herself, aad his or her heirs,
legal representatives, executors, administrators and assigns,
release and discharge the other of and from all causes of
action, claims, rights or demands whatsoever, in law or equity,
w~ich either of the parties ever had or now has against the
other, except as cause of action for dissolution of marriage.
5. Division of Property. The parties have divided bet4~een
t:^.e:a to them mutual satisfaction the real property, persona3
effects, household furniture and furnishings and all other
articles of personal property which trey had heretofore
o-~ed in co.~on and neither party will make any claim to any
such ite:as of the other; provided, however, that the real praper~y
described on attached Exhibit A shall be handled as follo~vs:
a. -The wife shall execute a Quit Claim Deed conveying
said property to the husband.
b. Said Quit Claim Deed shall be placed in escrow ~,vii~-.
