payments required by this Agreement, regardless of whether or
not said defaults are subsequently cured and regardless of
whether or not said defaults are consecutive, the 2 year period
set forth in sub-paragraph (c) of this paragraph 5 shall cor.~.-r.ence
anew.
f._ The parties stipulate that the husband owes the
wife $450.00. Said $450.00 shall be paid to the wife on or
before July 1, 1977. In the event that said $450.00 is not
paid by July 1, 1977, the two year period set forth in sub-
paragraph (c) of this paragraph S shall com,-nence anew on the
date on which said $450.00 is paid.
6. Custody of Child. The wife shall have custody of
Kirsten, wro shall reside with the wife, subject to the provi-
sions of this paragraph. During holiday and vacation periods,
Kirsten may visit the husband at such and for such periods of
time as the wife and husband shall ~rutually agree upon, but, in '
any event, the husband shall, at his option, have the custody
of Kirsten for thirty (30) consecutive days during the suri.-rter
school holidays at a time mutually agreeable to the husband and
wife. The husband shall exercise his option by giving the wipe
at Least thirty (30) days written notice, in advance, of his

exercise of his partial custody rights. _
