activities or welfare of Kirsten shall•be made without joint
consultation, as often as may be necessary regarding such mattes
between the parties. Neither party shall do anything which may
estrange Kirsten from the other or hamper the natural developm~n
of her love for both parties. In the event of Kirsten's illness,
the first party to learn of such illness shall notify the other
party immediately. Each of the parties shall keep the other in-
formed at all times of the whereabouts of Kirsten.
7. Support-,~Maintenance and Education of Kirsten. Tha
husband shall pay to the wife, for the support and maintenance
of Kirsten, the sum of $1,500.00 a year in equal monthly instal - -
menu of $125.00 each, co:ru-rencing February 1, 1976, and ter;~inati:.,
on Kirsten's eighteenth birthday. All child support payments
shall be due and payable on the first day of each month. T;~e
parties agree that the child support pay:.lents shall be increased
annually by the percentage increase in the U.S. All ite:~s
Consumer Price Index (1967=100) published by the Bureau of Labor
Statistics, United States Department of Labor, ~ti'ashingion, D.C.
The husband shall also pay half of medical insurance premiums
and all other charges reasonably and necessarily incurred on
behalf of Kirsten for medical and dental treatments and for
hospitalization, nursing and surgical expenses. These pay,:,ents
shall be made directly by the husband or upon presentation to
