acquire, under the present or future laws of any jurisdiction, to
share in the property or estate of the other as the result of the
marital relationship, including without limitation, dower, thirds,
curtesy, statutory allowance, widow's allowance, homestead rights,
right to take intestacy, right to take against the will of tj~~
other, and right to act as administrator or executor of the other's
estate and each party will, at tre request of the other, execute,
acknowledge and deliver any and all instruments which may be nece~sarv
or advisable to_carry into effect this mutual waiver and re-
linquishment of all such interest, rights and claims.
9. Dissolution of Marriage. Nothing herein contained shall
be deemed to prevent either of the parties from maintaining a
suit for dissolution of marriage against the other based upon any
east or future conduct of the other nor bar the other fro~r~ defendiag
such suit. The provisions of this agreeme7t shall be ircorpor~tc~.i
into the Decree of Dissolution of l~iarriage. This Agreement
shall not be merged in any such decree, but shall, in all respcc;~s,
survive the same and be forever binding and conclusive upon t:ze
t~arties.
10. Additional Instruments. Each o£ the parties shall, fro:
ti;r:e to time, at the request~of the other, execute, ac~cnowiedce,
and deliver to the other party any and all further instru:.:erts
t::at may be reasonably required to give full force and effect ~o
t:e provisions of this Agreement.
11. Voluntary Execution. The provisions o~ this Agree;n~n~
r:ad t'reir legal effect have been fully explained to the part:.~~

voluntarily, and that it is not the result of any duress or u:,~~:•~ F
