FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing, and the Court having given
full consideration to the pleadings and to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists be-
tween the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
JAMES R. HUMPHREY and WILMA R. HUMPHREY
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties, be, and are hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, abusing, assaulting, harrassing,
threatening or otherwise bothering one another, and the several Sheriffs of
the State of Florida and their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby _
ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without further Order of this Court.
3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children of this
marriage, and the parties do not own real property or personal property in
joint ownership. 4$91.
