FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTI N OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing, and the Court having given full consideration to the pleadings and to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists be- tween the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The. marriage between SPERLIN E. SMILEY and MARTHA L. SMILEY be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed-from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties, be, and are hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, abusing, assaulting, harrassing, threatening or otherwise bothering one another, and the several Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without Further Order of this Court. 3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children of this marriage, and the parties do not own real property or persona ~~rope~rt8y in joint ownership.
