This cause came on for trial this 9th day of June, 19 80, and the Court having givenfull consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and_that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is the;eupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same. is hereby dissolved, and the t parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. RESTORATION OF NAME: MARY LQIS BRININGER be and she is hereby authorized t~ assume her former name of MARY LOIS WILLIAMS and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 3.
