This cause came on for trial this 9th day of June,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now esists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
partids and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising- thezefro~m.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: CABBIE LOUISE SHELTON BETTS be
and she is hereby authorized t~ assume her former name of CABBIE LOUISE
SHELTON AKERSON and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that-there is no personal or real
property to be. divided.
