This cause came on for trial .this 9th day of June,
19 80L and the Court having given full consideration to all the, evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and. that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTZON OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the-
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: BETTY JEAN DOUGLAS be
and she is hereby authorized tc assume her former name of BETTY JEAN
HERNDON and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that there i5 no personal or real
property to bey divided.
