FINAL JUDGMENT '
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of
1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all of
the evidence and the parties having consented to this Final
udgment by their signatures affixed below, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
MARSHA PAULETTE WESNER, Wife and NINEVAH RAY WESNER,Husbnad
~be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
Hof them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~~arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: The Wife has agreed to convey all of her
right, title and interest to the Husband which she may have in
or to the martial dwelling and all furniture and fixtures
therein and the Wife has further agreed to execute any and all
documents necessary to convey her interest to the husband.
There exists no other dispute regarding joint property of the
parties.
3. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with harassing
or annoying the other. This mutual restraining order is
