TINGEN, Husband 5 g FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE 7 g THIS ACTION came on for final hearing on June 9, 1980 upon g the petition for dissolution of marriage, and a default having 10 been regularly entered by the Clerk of this Court upon Respondent's 11 failure to answer or otherwise plead, and Respondent having been 12 notified as provided by law, the Court, having heard the testimony:. 13 of the Wife, and the Wife's witness and being fully advised, finds; 14 and decides: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and 15 subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and 16 Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is E 17 irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. Zt is thereupon 18 ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 19 1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between SALLIE P. TINGEN, Wife;, 20 and CHARLES W. TINGEN, Husband, be and the same is hereby dis- i 21 solved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed 22 from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and 23 from the obligations arising therefrom. 24 2. RESTORATION OF NAME: SALLIE P. TINGEN be and she 25 hereby is authorized to assume her former name of SALLIE P. 26 GLISSON,~ and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage 27 had not intervened. 28 3. PROPERTY: No real or personal property has been pre- 29 sented to the Court for adjudication, and each party shall remain 30 possessed of all property presently in his or her custody. 31 4.
