THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on this
date and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit. The relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties and the marriage
of said parties is irretrievably broken. It is therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between the Petitioner/Wife,
SUSAN FROST and the Res ondent Husband STEPHEN FROST,

be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of martimony heretofore {
existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. The custody of the minor child, ERIC FROST,
is hereby awarded to the Respondent/Husband, STEPHEN FROST,
per stipulation between the parties, with reasonable visitation
rights being reserved unto the Petitioner/Wife, SUSAN FROST.
That-said stipulation dated 1980, is
incorporated into this Final Judgment by reference and
each of the parties shall abide by the terms set forth ~
therein.
3. That the Petitioner/Wife„ SUSAN FROST, is
hereby awarded the ~ ~ 7 ~ ~ ~ ~~S
and the Respondent/Husband, STEPHEN FROST, is hereby awarded
