Permanent and primary custody of the minor chilc~cen of the parties

together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife , 1~tONA L. HUSREY
The name s of said minor children being as follows: SHANDO RENE
HUSREY and HIDEI SOS HOSREY.
Upon testimony by the Wife that the Husband makes
per j~(/~{ K ROGER DALE HUSREY be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child
and is further ordered to pay child supports in the amount of $25.00
per child per wk. beginning on iG+~/
and on the same day

of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further
ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money ozder, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of 52.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made

Clerk inforaed of *_heir current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction ~f this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process
as this Court deers proper.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of June, A.D. 2980, at Fort
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
