4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT AND RET N OF JURISDICTION;
Permanent and primary custody of the minor child of the parties
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife , WILHELMINA SEYMOUR.
The name of said minor child being as follows: ANTONIO LLOYD
SEYMOUR.
Upon testi;rony by the Husband that the Husband makes
~~.y0 ~ per GARFIELD LLOYD SEYMOUR be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with sai child
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount o fp~_~
per child weekly beginning on ~ ~(,vy~~ ~ l W and on the same day 3

of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further

ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made 3
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses. ~
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re- '
tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process
as this Court deems proper.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of June, A.D. 1980, at Fort
Pierce, Florida.
