This cause came on for trial the 9th day of June,
I9 80, and-the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be~dissolved. It is
thereupon `
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF *iRRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JOSEPH P. NOBLE, JR., age 12, born
May 2, 1968, and TREVER CLARKS NOBLE, age 7, born January 4, 1973,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
PAULINE REESE NOBLE, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Respondent, JOSEPH NOBLE.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 13th day of June 1980 ,
JOSEPH NOBLE shall pay to PAULINE REESE NOBLE
the sum.of $75.00 per week for the support of the child(ren)
named above based on~the Wife's testimony that the husband earns
$ 225.00 per week.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to PAULINE REESE NOBLE.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
