This cause came on for trial the 9th day of June,
19 80, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named
persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
j them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of KIMBERLY FAME THOMPSON, age 6, born
Oct. 15, 1973, and MATTHEW PAUL THOMPSON, age 5, born Oct. 8, 1974,
minor child(ren) of-the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,
NELDA G. THOMPSON, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Petitioner, THOMAS G. THOMPSON, JR.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 13th day of June ~ 19 80 ,
THOMAS G. THOMPSON, JR. shall pay to NELDA G. THOPiPSON
the sum of $100.00 per month for the support of the child(ren)
named above. •

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to NELDA G. THOMPSON.

In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as _
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
