This cause came on for trial the 9th day of June, 1980, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDIItED AND ADJiJ1X~ as follows
1. DISSOI17fION OF MfARRIAG~: The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between-them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of SHA1`NON MARIE HARVEY, born July 16, 1979, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, PAAiEI~ DAWN HARVEY, with
visitation rights reserved to Respondent, JOHN HARVEY, as follows:
a. The Respondent shall visit the minor child only in the home of
Mr. & Mrs. William Harvey, P.0. Box 1039, Port Salerno, FL 33492.
b. The Respondent's visit Host be arranged with proper notice and ,
at the convenience of the Petitioner and Mr. ~ Mrs. Harvey.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 13th day of June, 1980, JOIN HARVEY shall pay
to PAMEIA DAWN HARVEY, the sum of $100.00 per month for the support of the child
' n~~m~ed above, based an the Wife's testimony that the husband earns $180.00 per week.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to PAMEI~ DAWN HARVEY, P.O. Box 1039, Port Salerno, FL 33492.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
