in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of the Cour*. advised of their csailing and residence addresses j
at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. The Petitioner shall have the right to live with the minor child
wherever she desires and if Petitioner remarries, Respondent shall give his
consent to adoption proceedings instituted by the Petitioner. Completion of
any such adoption proceedings will terminate the Respondent's duty to pay child
support for the adopted minor.
S. JOINT DEBTS: Respondent, JOFIlV HARVEY, shall be solely responsible
for all debts accumulated by the parties during the marriage and shall hold
Petitioner, SHARON DAWN HARVEY, wholly harmless from the payment of said debts
and obligations.
6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~
7. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that there is no real
or personal property to be divided.
