LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO. 80-451 FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF ROBERT LEVEILLE, Husband and 80NNIE LOU LEVEILLE, Wife - STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the day of , 1980, and the Court having given full consider tion to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and otife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT LEVEILLE and BONNIE LOU LEVEILLE, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROBERT ANTHONY LEVEILLE and SARA DANEILLE LEVEILLE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BONNIE LOU LEVEILLE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ROBERT LEVEILLE, as set forth in paragraph 3 herein. 3. VISITATION. The Husband, ROBERT LEVEILLE, shall be entitled to visit the children beginning 8 A.M. Saturday morning and ending 7 P.M. Sunday evening every other weekend with the first such period of visitation beginning April 26, 1980. Upon the arrival of the father on Saturday morning the children shall be ready and properly clothed by the Wife. The children shall be returned promptly and in a like clean condition. The Husband, ROBERT LEVEILLE, shall not remove the children from the four county area including Martin, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie Counties. - -1- BQOK PAGE~~~ ~
