HomeMy WebLinkAbout2507 4. CHILD SUPPORT. That the Husband, ROBERT LEVEILLE, shall
be obligated to pay child support to the Wife, BONNIE LOU LEVEILLE,
in the amount of S60.00 per week commencing on April 24, 1980 and
payable each Thursday thereafter.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to BONNIE LOU LEVEILLE. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of S2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made ±n cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all time while this Order is in effect.
The Husband, ROBERT LEVEILLE, shall also be responsible for
all medical and dental expenses incurred by the minor children until
they reach the age of majority.
5. PROPERTY. There is no real or personal property to be
divided between the parties.
6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
7. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $150.00
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
the Husband, ROBERT LEVEILLE, is ordered to pay said attorney said
sum together with costs herein assessed at $ 3.00 .
8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties f
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
