SMTIH, Wife, and GERALD WAYNE SMITH, Husband. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Ibis cause came on far trial the day of June, 1980, and the Court having given full oansiderati:on of all evidence, fi,rr3s and debezarines: This Courct has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife new exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably bxnken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as -follows: 1. DISSOUJIZCN OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between M. THERESE SMITH a/k/a THERESE F. SMITH and GERALD WAYNE SMITH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. Z. QJSPODY: Custody of JUSTIN DONOVAN SMITH, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife, M. THERESE SMITH a/k/a THERESE F. SMITH, with reasonable visitation rights re- served to the Husband, GERALD WAYNE SMITH. 3. SUPPORT: Commencing on the ~~day of June, 1980, the Husband, GERALD WAYNE SMITH, shall pay to the Wife, M. THERESE SMITH a/k/a THERESE F. SMITH, the sum of $_~d~ each and every week,, for the support of the minor child named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All paxments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
