CASE NO. 80-643 FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF BETTY REGISTER GRAHAM, Wife and i JAMES KELLY GRAHAM, Husband FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Q THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of ~ ~ , A.D. 1980, and the Court having given full considera ion to all the evidence, finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that trie relation of hus- band and wife now exists. between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BETTY REGISTER GRAHAM and JAMES BELLY GRAHAM be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMES GRAHAM, JR., and GERALD B. GRAHAM, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BETTY REGISTER GRAHAM, as more particularly set out in the property settle- ment agreement (stipulation) admitted into evidence and which is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ' 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 1st day of June, 1980, JAMES KELLY GRAHAM shall pay to BETTY REGISTER GRAHAM the sum of One Hundred Sixty-eight ($168.00) Dollars per month, for the support of the children named above, until such time as the children reach the age of eighteen, become self-supporting, marry or die, whichever occurs first, as more particularly set out in the property settle- ment agreement (stipulation) admitted into evidence and which is i FEE.
