WATSON, Wife. r FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of , 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between KENNETH F. WATSON and PEGGY A. WATSON, be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ' ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of LAVONA WATSON and KENNETH WATSON, j JR., minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with E reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband. 3. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the day of June, 1980, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $ ~ each and every week for the support of the children named above, said sum to continue until such time as all children reach majority, marries or be- ~ comes self-supporting. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of 00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
