children shall have the right to use and have possession of the marital
dwelling and the furnishings and furniture contained therein, located
at 4000 Avenue J, Fort Pierce, Florida, until such time as all of the
children reach >aajority, marries or becomes self-supporting.

payments applicable to the marital dwelling hereinabove described and
to make said payments when they become due and before they become
delinquent and to pay all of the taxes, special assessments and insurance
thereon. This a~rard shall be considered-partly as child support, and
partly as lump sum alimony and thus, shall be in addition to the
specified sums set out in this Final Judgment.
(C) Prior to all children having reached majority, marry-
ing or becoming self-supporting, title to the above-described property
shall ;+IOT be transferred or further encumbered by either party without
the Written permission of this Court.
(D) MARITAL DEBTS. The Husband shall be required to pay
the following marital debts within nineth days from the date of this
Final Judgment
1. Avco Financial Services Loan.
2. Loan for Vacuum Cleaner.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties are hereby en-
' joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying
the other in any way.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. Future jurisdiction MAY BE INVOKED by mailing a copy of any
future pleading to the address required to be supplied to the Clerk
of Circuit Court as outlined above. In the event jurisdiction is
invoked is this manner, this pleading shall be mailed by Certified
hail, Return Receipt Requested, Addressee Only, to said party, and
shall allo~r forty (40) days frown mailing date thereof in which to
