FINAL JUDGEMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE come on to be heard this 9th day of June, 1980
upon the wife's petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed here-
in and the court, after having considered the testimony, and
after having heard arguments of counsel for the wife, and after }
having giving full consideration to all the evidence, find and
determines:

This court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject mat- -
i
ter of this suit; That the relation of husband and wife now
exist between the parties; and that the marriage between the r
parties is irretrievably bro~:en and should be dissolve.
IT IS THEREUPON:
ORDERED AND ADJUDED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE The marriage between
CHRISTINE REED and GEORGE REED be and the same is hereby dissoly
ed, and each of them are hereby ever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tion arrising therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARVIN REED and YOLAPIDA REED,
minor childrens of the parties is hereby awarded to CHRISTINE
REED, with reasonable visitation rights,(~jeserved to GF. RGE REED.
3. SUPPORT. Commen i t ~

1980, GEORGE REED will-pay to CHP.IS INF REED the sum of $
per ch?lc~ each and every week for the support and maintenance
of the minor children of the parties, Each payment shall be made
to the Clerk of this Court and by him promptly remitted to ~

CHPISTINE REED. In addition there is herein assessed the sum of
