4. PROPERTY. The wife CHRISTINE REED is awarded all the
rights, t t e an interest of CEROGE REED in the marital resident
in the party located at 3102 Irauios Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida
and GEORGE REED is ordered to execute a Ouit Claim Deed conveying
his interest in the said property to CHRISTINE REED, In the even F
GERRGE REED fail to execute the said Deed within (30) days from
the date of this final Judgement, then this final Judgement shoul
act as a deed of conveyance to CHRISTINE REED. In connection
with said marital residence, there is a second montage encumberin
said property and CHRISTINE REED shall assume said second montage
and hold GEOOGE REED harmless in connection therewith. Additions ,
CHRISTINE REED shall be entitled to all furniture, fixtures, and `
avpliances located in said marital home. CHRISTINE REED shall be
entitled to retain as her sole and separate property, the auto-
mobile currently in her possession.
5.. PAYMENT OF JOINT DEBTS. That the Husband, rEROCE REED
shall be res~ons a or any an all indebtedness incurred as of
the date of this final Judgement with American Express Company,
Amoco Oil Company, and Cheveron Oil Company. The wife shall be
responsible for payment of anv and all indebtedness incurred as
of tfie date of this final 3udgement with BadcocR Furniture Store,
Mobil Oil Company and Exxon Oil Company.
6. -JURISDICTIDN, Jurisdiction of this cause and the parti s
hereto is nets ne or the entry of such further Order as may be
dust and proper.
