NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a final judgment
of foreclosure dated June 9, 1980, entered by the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, the docket number of which is
79-439 CA, wherein First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the United States of America, is plaintiff, and Robert C. Amann
and Marie A. Amann, his wife, et al., are defendants, I, ROGER
POITRAS, Clerk of said Court, will, on July 9, 1980, at 11:00 A.M.
or as soon thereafter as the sale may be held, sell to the highest

and bESt bidder for cash at the front door of the St. Lucie County

Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, the following described real

property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the Easterly
right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company
aright of way with the Southerly line of the South 200
~ feet of the North 380 feet of that part of Section 4,
~ Township 37 South, Range 41-East, as described in deed
filed for record in Deed Book 149, page 73, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence run Northerly along
said Easterly right of way line of Florida East Coast
Railway a distance of 101.89 feet to the Point or Place
of Beginning; (1) Thence continue to run Northerly along
said Easterly right of way line of Florida East Coast
Railway Company to the point of intersection of said
Easterly right of way line with the Northerly line of said
South 200 feet of the North 380 feet described in Deed
Book 149, page 73, St. Lucie County; (2) Thence run
Easterly along said Northerly line to the Point or
