• THIS INDSNTUR$ made this ~ day of JUNE , 198 0 ,
between JOHNSON AND JOHNSON BUII,DBRS, INC.., organised and existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, hsreinafte~ called "VENDOR",
and B.J.M. ROELOFS , hereinafter called "VENDEE'":
• WITNSSSETH: That the Vendor. for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar (=1.00) and other valuable considerations paid by Vendee
to Vendor, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
sold, transferred and confiroed, and by this indenture does grant,
sell, transfer and conform unto the Vendee, the heirs of the Vendee,
Host Docking Area ~ 5 , at KITCHING COVE FSSTATES per drawing below.
TOGETHER with every privilege, right and easement thereunto
apertaining; •
ALSO Vendor will provide electric panel with provision•for
individual space metering. electric service to individual space
wt3.2 be the responsiblity of that space owner.
ALSO Vendor shall provide water service to dock spaces and all
will be on a common meter.
ALSO Vendor shall approve any and all dock bones or dock use
facilities before installation.
EACH owner shall own a One Tenth interest.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Vendee.
In witness WHEREOF, Vendor has caused this indenture to be
executed in its name, the day and year first written above.
