THIS CAOSE having caa?e~on for further hearing on the 2nd
day of June, 1980; Respondent having been present in Court and the
Court finding that a report has been filed by Dr. Angeline Desai in-
dicating that JAMBS MARBREY has an inability to work for-at least
one year, that the Respondent's monthly inco®e is $134.80, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this matter is hereby continued
and shall be re-evaluated in one year to determine if Respondent is
capable of handling the responsibility of child support payments.
It is further ordered that when Respondent is gainfully employed, he shall
report to the Office of State Attorney, 217 South Second Street, Fort t
Pierce, Florida, and give the location and telephone number of his ~
employer. ~
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
