day of 180 on Motion of the Petitioner, JAMS
StII.i.IV Natural Father, for Final Judgement of Q~stody and all proper
parties having been given notice of this hearing and the Cain having been
advised in the premises finds:
. 1. fiat JAMES SiiI,LIVAN is the Natural Father of the Minor children
tmmed in the Petition to Wit: Alphanso Jones, age (9), JAMS SUII~IVAN, age
(S), who was born on August 20, 1974 in Fort Pierce, Florida, Geneva Sulli ,
age (7), who was born on January 7, 1978 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

2. That the Petitia~er, JAMES SUILIVAN is a fit and proper person to
have custody of the said minor children and the Petitioner, JAMES S[JLI.IVAN
~ `desires custody of his aforesaid minor children and it is in the said
~ children best interest that the said Petitioner have custody of the said
aodnar children.

3. That the said minor children were born out of wedlock to the Natural
father, JAIL SULI.IVAN and the Natural Mother , STi1RIEY JQ~S .
4. mat the parties to this proceeding have never been married.
