ORDER THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on June 6, 1980, upon the wife's motion for tem~:orary relief, and upon the taking of testimony in open court, and the court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the court made the following findings: 1. The present living situation of the parties is presently intolerable in that the husband has admitted his adultery in open court, and the court finds that the parties should not be made to live in the same environment, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The wife, GERALDINE P. durin the g pendency of this i action shall have the temporary possession of the marital home located at 426 South Lakehurst Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida, which property is more particularly described as: s Lot. 19, Block 152, Port St. Lucie, Section 4, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 14 through 14G of the Public Records i of St. Lucie County, Florida. € 2. The husband is to vacate the premises by 6:00 p.m. on s ,Tune 6, 1980, and is to take with-him all of. his personal belongings. 3. The wife is ordered not to dispose of any of the fixtures or furniture located in the marital home during the pendency of this action. 4. Each of the parties is restrained from coming about the S f person of the other or annoying, harrassing, or having contact with the person of the other during the pendency of this action. In the event that this mutual restraining order is violated in the presence of a law enforcement officer in St. Lucie County, Florida, said officer t is directed to take the offending party into custody for violation of g~~32 ~~E2~f45
