- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on for temporary relief and it appearing
to the Court that the parties, without prejudice to subsequent proof,
have tentatively agreed, and the Court being fully advised, therein,
thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. That~JAMES-R. SCURLOCK will redeliver immediately to GLORIA
S. SCURLOCK, wife, the 1974 Ford stationwagon, that she may use the
same for her use in the jurisdiction of the Court.
2. That the abovesaid vehicle shall not be removed from the
jurisdiction of the Court without further Order of the Court or agreement.
3. That pending litigation, the payments and insurance will

be maintained on the vehicle by JAMES R. SCURLOCK.
4. That each of the parties is enjoined and restrained from
harassing and embarrassing the other party.
