THIS CAUSE having co*e on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final judgsent or order on child support acrd the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the preoises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Petition for Nod ification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on ~ y !2 'e ~ ~ ?
1980. the Father, 1A~c n_ reAR~i.T. shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 56.00 per week each and every
week , plus $2.00 statutory fee,
which amount shall be remitted monthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support t
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All ~
payments shall be made in cash, mpney~arder or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Nuaber and shall
be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that in addition to the above-ordered amounts the

{ until the entire arrearage is fully paid; it is further
l ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall and he is
hereby ordered tQ continue to transmit support paymients received from the
responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
having custody of the child(ren).
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
