THIS CAUSE having cove on for hearing on Intervenor'• Petition
for Modification of final judgsent or order on child support and the tourt
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the preoises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
~udgsent or order on child support shall be and the ease is hereby granted;
it is further ~ T
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that commencing on `1 V YI e ,
1980. the Father, EUGENE YOUNG , shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 50.00 pei week each and every
week plus $2.00 statutory fee,
which amount shall be re,aitted monthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
payments shall be made in cash, awney~order or cashiers check. All woney.orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the. payees name and Social Security Nusber and .shall
be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

Pay?rients from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
