THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on the Motion of the
Wife, JANET L. BASHAW, for an order on mandate in accordance
with-the mandate and opinion of the District Court of Appeal,
Fourth District of Florida, now lodged in this Court. The i
decision of the appellate court affirmed in part and reversed
e
in part the final judgment of dissolution of marriage of this
:Court, and this cause was remanded with directions for entry
of a judgment in accordance with the appellate court. It is
therefore,
ORDE?tED that
1. The Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage of
this Court filed in this cause on February 13, 1979, insofar
k
i as that judgment granted the Wife an award of rehabilitative
alimony is hereby vacated .and withdrawn, and the final judg- _

~ ment of dissolution of marriage, except as to the amount of
rehabilitative alimony, is adhered to.
2. That the Husband, TH0:~1AS A. BASHAW, shall pay to
the Wife, JANET L. BASHAW, the sum of $312.50 per month as
s permanent alimony. The first payment shall be due March 1, 1979,
and each subsequent payments shall be due the fist day-of each
month thereafter.
