O R D E R
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that
LARRY D. MOORS has willfully failed and refused to pay the child
support as required by the Order of this Court entered on the
16th day of October, 1979, and is, as of this date, June 2, 1980,
in arrears in the sum of $1.600.00, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands
in contempt of this Court and is hereby sentenced to sixty (60)
days in the St. Lucie County Jail. The sixty (60) days is hereby
suspended upon Respondent paying to the Petitioner the-sum of
$200.00 per month as previously ordered. These payments to begin
~ on the first day of July, 1980, and thereafter on the first day
of_each and every month.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the arrears in

the amount of $1,600.00 are hereby reduced to judgment.

JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is re-
tained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
