THIS CAUSE having cove on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final ~udgwent or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses sad being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further - '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that coassencing on ` J ~ h P ~.3 ,
1980. the Father, _ WAYNE HICKS , shall pay to the

the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Wine~rood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Nuaber and shall
be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the
t responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
having custody of the child(ren).
