THIS CAUSE having comae on for hearing on the petition of the DEPARI?lENT
OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for child support and the Court having found
that said Petitioner is a proper party by virtue-of an assig~ent of rights to
child support signed by the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and
all parties having received proper notice, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Child Support shall be sad
it is hereby granted; it is further
